Purchase notice or return :

(If you notice that the Optical reader is not compatible with your Computer Laptop Lenovo Essential B590 or that there is a defect you can always make a complaint with the instructions below)

- In the « You Account » in the upper right corner of this site, select « Form of shrinkage », select the corresponding order, fill in the relevant information, upload the relevant picture or file, and click « send » ;
- We need 1-3 business days after the application is issued, our customer service will verify the order and confirm the return request and send you a return mail with RMA number ;
- After you have received the confirmation email, please print it out, pack it with the purchased product and its packaging, send back to the designated address via the post office/express method (must have package tracking information) ;
- After confirming receipt of your returned package, our customer service will check the product and confirm it. You will receive a refund within 14 days after confirming that the return is completed. Usually, the refund will be returned to the original payment card number/account number ;
- The postage of returned goods will be borne by the customer.
